BCI was selected to construct a new medical building from the ground up (shell) and improve the newly-built office space (TI) completing the project under budget and ahead of schedule. Involvement included pre-planning with the Architect, engineers and the City of Oceanside to oversight and project management of grading, underground utilities, foundation, drywall and stucco to create the building shell. BCI then worked with each doctor to perform extensive interior Tenant Improvement work, as well as exterior finish work such as the asphalt, exterior finished concrete and landscaping. The timeline was extremely tight as each Doctor had existing office leases and had to give notice to the owner’s of their old buildings.
