BCI was selected to general a 10,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Dance Unlimited, one of the oldest and largest dance studios in North County San Diego. Improvements included framing, drywall, HVAC, electrical round and finish plumbing, flooring, vinyl ceilings, paint, doors to create a cutting-edge dance academy complete with student lounges, dressing rooms, offices, prop room and six dance studios with spring floors and complete with professional Marley and wood flooring.
