A major whole house remodel that included adding more than 1,000 sq. ft. to an existing 1970’s Cape Cod style home to create a lavish Tuscany style villa. Construction also included structural repairs to the existing concrete, additional foundation support, a 300 ft. QUAY wall along the lakefront property, finished carpentry, and concrete work for multiple pagodas and high-end landscaping features.
